While we aim to ensure that the information in this website is correct, however sometimes errors do occur for which we apologise.
Prices are indicative of the current store price in the store closest to the postcode provided when entering the product catalogue. Prices available in Australia only. Check pricing prior to purchase.
Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note colours in-store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.
Products, Availability & Assembly
Due to popularity or interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. It is possible that not all items are displayed in store. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 In these Terms: “Company” means Global Living Furniture.
“Customer” means the purchaser of Goods from the Company.
“Goods” means all goods sold and/or delivered by the Company to the Customer.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions of sale.
2.1 These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Company.
2.2 No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on the Company unless confirmed by the Company in writing.
2.3 The Customer acknowledges that no employee or agent of the Company has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of the Goods other than as contained in these Terms.
3. Deposit, Payment & Storage
3.1 The minimum deposit for any transaction where goods are 'On Order' or unavailable is 30% of the invoice total.
3.2 When the Customer is notified that goods that were 'On Order' are now available, the balance of the invoice must be paid within 3 days. If the Customer does not pay the balance the goods may be resold or reallocated.
3.3 Once the balance of the invoice is paid in full, the items can remain in storage for a reasonable amount of time as deemed by the Company.
3.4 For invoices that have goods available for immediate delivery, a 30% deposit can be accepted for a maximum holding time of 30 days. If the Customer requires an extension past 30 days, the balance of the invoice must be paid in full. If the Customer does not pay the balance the goods may be resold or reallocated.
3.5 The balance of the invoice price must be paid in full before delivery.
4. Cancellations & Return or Refunds of Used Products
4.1 No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior consent of the Company (which is at the Company’s sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at the Company’s election, subject to the Company being reimbursed all losses. Any payments or deposits on the goods are forfeited to the Company by the Customer if they choose to cancel. At the Company's discretion a store credit may be offered. If a store credit is offered the store credit will have a limited 12 month expiration. After this time the store credit will be forfeited.
4.2 In the eventuality of an approved manufacturing fault from the Warranty Claims Department, if the goods cannot be repaired, any credit or refund offered is calculated pro-rata, based on the total warranty period of the goods.
DELIVERY SERVICE CONDITIONS:
The delivery fee you are quoted by our sales associates covers a standard delivery to a ground or first floor with easy access.
If access is complicated or above 2 floors without a lift then the delivery charge will be increased. If you do not disclose this information prior to the delivery it may be charged to you after your delivery.
Please consider passageways, doorways, driveways and stairways before finalising your order, we do not refund if you have not considered access or the measurements of the products being delivered to your home. Our delivery team will let you know if there is any situation where confined space/access maybe be an issue. We/they cannot be held accountable for any damage caused to your property or the products getting delivered. Upon assessing the potential of causing damage to product, property or persons; it is at the delivery drivers discretion to refuse delivery onto your property or any further than they feel comfortable with during the course of your delivery.
On the day of your delivery our delivery teams will give you a call in the morning, informing you of an approximate 2 hour time frame for when your delivery will be, if you cannot be available at this time, you will need to;
1. Organise another person to be available to accept delivery for you.
2. Leave a key or details for unattended access.
3. Re-schedule for the next suitable delivery day.
Any delay in delivery is NO ground for cancellation or discount on the transaction price.
Global Living Furniture can never guarantee the condition of unopened items/purchases; as such items collected via pickup are at the customer risk, if there is an unforeseen issue with the purchases it is the customers responsibility to return to the store in order to exchange the product; only if it is deemed necessary by Global Living Furniture.
ON ORDER GOODS:
Our staff will give you an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), outlining the approximate time-frame for delivery of your order. This is an approximation only, due to the uncertain nature of manufacture, shipping, freight, customs, we can make no guarantee that your furniture will be on time. Any delay is NO ground for cancellation or discount on the transaction price. The ETA for your order is WRITTEN ON YOUR INVOICE COMMENTS.
